Tres Generaciones 50th Anniversary Añejo, Plata and Reposado Tequila Bundle

To celebrate its 50th anniversary, Tres is releasing a special edition tequila that pays tribute to Don Francisco Javier Sauza's original recipe, honoring three generations of family distilling. This unique liquid, made from 100% agave, is aged for 14 months in American Oak barrels that are treated and charred in-house. This limited edition is presented in a green ceramic bottle, a nod to the original 1973 decanter used by Don that helped establish tequila as a globally recognized spirit.

The tequila features a deep amber color. Its aroma is characterized by a top note of cooked agave and charred wood, which imparts a slight smoky scent, accompanied by hints of vanilla, caramel, and red apples. The taste is medium-bodied, highly complex, and well-balanced, with flavors of cooked agave, sweet vanilla, caramel, apples, almonds, a touch of smoke, and well-defined tannins. The finish is long and smooth, offering subtle warmth without any alcohol burn. This special release is a fitting homage to the legacy of Don Francisco Javier Sauza and the rich history of tequila making.
