Shipping Policy and Order Terms

Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and are fulfilled according to Whiskey Pros’s shipping protocols. If your package does not arrive, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by licensed retailers located in the state of California. Please note that WhiskeyPros.com is continuously working to expand our retailer network to serve more regions. Please be aware:

  • Product packaging, bottle size, color, shape, and appearance may vary from the images shown on the product page.

  • Unless stated otherwise in the product description, we do not guarantee specific batch numbers. If you require a particular batch, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Adult Signature Required:
An adult (21 years or older) must be present to sign for the delivery. Carriers will not leave alcoholic shipments unattended. We recommend using a business or office address whenever possible to ensure a smooth delivery.

Legal Responsibility:
Alcohol shipping laws vary by state. If you reside outside of California, it is your responsibility to verify that shipments of alcohol are permitted in your state. By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for complying with your state’s regulations regarding alcohol shipments.

Processing and Shipping Time:
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment. Shipping timelines are calculated from the date the order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. That said, we partner with trusted carriers and will do our best to help locate any missing packages.
