Kaiyo The Sheri Japanese Whisky is aged in the finest Mizunara oak casks. Our innovative research has produced custom barrels from hand-selected, slow-growth, air-seasoned wood. Mizunara oak is delicate and requires handmade casks, making them the most expensive in the world. It includes Oloroso Sherry and PX (Pedro Ximenez).
