Our innovative wood selection has resulted in bespoke barrels made from slow-growth, air-seasoned Mizunara oak, known for its delicate grain and high cost. It includes Mizunara Oak, is un-chillfiltered, and made from malted barley. Tasting notes: Kaiyo Cask Strength is exceptionally smooth with great complexity and a balanced blend of fruit, silky malt, and dark chocolate.
