The Glenlivet 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The deep, gratifying flavor of Glenlivet 25 is rooted in an innovative maturation technique pioneered by The Glenlivet itself, known as Selective Maturation.

In this process, a portion of the mature whisky is shifted to virgin oak casks, crafted from French Limousin oak, the same type of barrels used for the maturation of prestigious French wines and cognacs. This specific oak variety imparts a subtle spiciness to the whisky, enhancing its complexity without being overpowering.
