Description

Dos Artes Blanco Ceramic Bottle Tequila, crafted in the fertile lowlands of Amatitán, Jalisco, is an exquisite representation of the art and science of tequila making. Under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Jesús Partida, this tequila stands as a tribute to the rich traditions of the region, harmoniously blending age-old techniques with modern craftsmanship to produce a tequila of exceptional quality and character.

The journey of Dos Artes Blanco begins with the careful selection of 100% Blue Agave, which is cooked to perfection in autoclaves. This method ensures that the natural flavors of the agave are preserved, setting the foundation for the tequila's distinct taste. The agave juice is extracted using a Roll Mill, a process that meticulously extracts the pure essence of the agave, ready for fermentation.

The fermentation process is both natural and hybrid, carefully monitored to ensure the development of the tequila's unique flavor profile. This tequila undergoes double distillation in traditional Alambique (Pot Still), a technique that further refines and purifies the spirit, resulting in a tequila with an alcohol volume of 40%.

Dos Artes Blanco's tasting notes are a delightful symphony of flavors and aromas. It opens with the sweet and fruity notes of peaches, cherries, and ripened bananas, creating an inviting and warm aroma. This is beautifully contrasted by an array of spices including cinnamon and black pepper, with delicate hints of English mint adding a refreshing twist. The palate is treated to a fruit melody that blends harmoniously with notes of honey and agave, further enhanced by the warm spice of cinnamon. This combination achieves a silky and sweet taste, leaving a lasting impression.
